She grew up in India. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and speaks Urdu as well. Vandana has considerable experience in real estate market information, business information, and commercial real estate debt structure analysis, and holds New York University’s prestigious Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. Her problem solving and strategic thinking skills have reaped benefits for all the organizations that she has worked with. She is well versed in identifying and assessing strengths and risks of commercial real estate properties and markets, property underwriting and valuation. Her key strengths lie in her ability to identify clients’ needs and requirements and to provide right solutions to their problems.
Vandana served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate where she taught Real Estate courses in the continuing education program. Her students were very appreciative of her for sharing the knowledge and they found the information useful.
At one of her most recent assignment as Senior manager, National Research Services at Studley, Inc., a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, she proactively supported business development resulting in 6% to 9% of the company’s annual revenue. In a related position, Vandana served as a research consultant to JP Morgan Chase, a large banking institution in the area of mortgages and commercial loans.

Ms. Ranjan served as Treasurer on her co-op board from 2009-2012. She worked closely with the property manager, accountant, legal counsel, vendors and employees in managing her 78-unit co-op. During her tenure as treasurer, she was commended for balancing the budget and restoring the co-op’s fiscal health.
Her clients appreciate her passion for delivering accurate information quickly. Vandana’s mission is to solve real estate needs on a timely basis by applying her research skills and expertise in conducting due diligence for her clients. She is known for providing accurate information in quick turnaround time. Vandana uses her vast knowledge and expertise to serve her clients above and beyond expectations.
Activities & Achievements
Vandana served on the Executive Committee of the SEC Roughriders ToastMasters Club. She is an active member of REBNY. Vandana was awarded SLA Diversity Leadership award and SLA New York Chapter Distinguished Service award. Ms. Ranjan has conducted Real Estate courses for the Real Estate Board of New York and was an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate teaching. Education
Vandana earned her Masters in Library Science from Clarion University, Pennsylvania and Graduate Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
